Six days and five nights. It is amazing what you can fit in during that time. I really feel like we did EVERYTHING. Thanks to my constant juggling between my iPhone, my large Canon camera and my small Canon camera, I have an abundance of photos to share. Why have one when you can have three, right? I will share all the details of our trip this week but let me start with a little of what Instagram captured. Oh how I love this program and how much better it makes my photos look! If you are not following me yet, find me at @jugglinginheels!

Who doesn't love a wedding?
Here is a look at my sister's incredible day through the lens of my iPhone.
It could not have been more perfect.
1. The centerpieces 2. Donuts - breakfast of champions 3. The bride getting her hair done 4. Make Up Time! |
1. The Bride getting her dress on 2. My brother and I all set to go! |
A few of my cute little ones |
I still plan on sharing photos from the day but after speaking to the photographer, he is willing to share and I can 100% guarantee that his photos are much better than mine so you will have to wait. Don't worry though, it will be worth it.

The countdown is on! Only 14 more days until school is out!
Baseball season is officially over.
It was a looong season with a lot of practices, a ton of games, many bottles of wine and some incredible memories.
To top it off, they won the Single A championships! We were all extremely excited about it.
Quite possibly the BEST breakfast the hubby has ever made.
Banana pancakes with bacon and macadamia nuts on top, drizzled with syrup.
DELISH!
This is what happens when I give her my iPhone to distract.
Instant photo shoot.
Three tired children, Disneyland and Mickey Ears.
My new favorite summer dress by Current/Elliott
Now that summer is around the corner, our neighborhood waterpark is open!
Also, please say hello to Juggling in Heels first sponsors, Stella & Dot-Sally Neff and Deal Blade! Who doesn't love Stella & Dot and how perfect is a deal site that allows you to donate to a charity through your purchase! Perfect. Click on their ads to learn more!
Happy Friday!

Beyond all the glamorous events and weddings the hubby and I have been participating in, we have also continued to learn what parenting really means. Interested in some of our favorite lessons? Here they are:
1. According to our Oldest and Middle Man, there are "Sexy Girls" in the Adam West Batman Movie.
2. A "Sexy Girl" is a girl in a bathing suit and is OUT of high school and college.
3. Baby Girl apparently loves the term "Sexy Girl" and will repeat it ANYWHERE. It is most favorable in line at the grocery store or at the Doctor's office.
4. Boys loves to beat the crap out of each other and call it "Star Wars" or "Ninjago".
5. There is nothing like hearing your son sound out the word "drunk" thanks to Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone (yes, that is real).
6. The "F" word is fart.
7. Baby Girl hates diapers and would prefer to take them off and pee all over the floor.
8. A cup boys wear to protect their genitals while playing sports DOES NOT in fact hold pee, as one may have thought and tested.
9. Hangovers suck more in your 30's than in your 20's.
10. There is never enough wine.
Hey Baby Girl, there is something on your face.
Feeding the animals at Zoomars during a birthday party.
For a little boy who HATES birthday parties, he of course loved the one with animals everywhere.
Go figure.
The Manolos I am currently obsessed with.
Mother's Day, Birthday, Anniversary, Christmas.
Hubby, you pick.
Date Night with my three boys to see The Lorax in 3D
Oldest making his own pizza at Cucina Enoteca at Irvine Spectrum.
What a genius idea for a restaurant!

The weather has been a bit fickle around here lately. Beautiful sunshine followed by rain storms. Apparently Orange County is not sure if it wants to lead into Spring or stay in Winter. I know which one I would prefer (ahem Mother Nature). When it has not been raining we have been spending our time outside in the yard, the park or at Oldest's baseball games. Spring Break is right around the corner and I cannot wait!
We had to say goodbye to our favorite local sugar high location frozen yogurt shop.
I also lost my "hey hubby, I would REALLY like some frozen yogurt so could you go get some?" place.
Sad for me...oh yes, and the kids.
Baby Girl has become incredibly determined. You are NOT allowed to help her at the park.
It has been crazy to watch her grow up so fast (perhaps its the older siblings???).
Only two more months until she is two!
Date night at Pizzeria Mozza by Mario Batali.
For those of you in the Orange County area, you have got to go.
I had to be rolled out of there but it was worth it.
And do not leave without having the butterscotch pudding!
Watching Baseball!
Four boys in their PJ's who are so excited for s'mores!
I use to LOVE sleepovers! Actually, still do and it is the best when a friend comes to stay.
It has been so much fun watching my Oldest experience them with his friends.
Remember this engagement party and this shower? Well, now it is time for the Bachelorette Party! I am heading out this morning for three days of good food and wine tasting with amazing friends to celebrate the bride. Oh how I love these sorts of weekends! See you Monday!

I have decided that I am going to make this "Life As We Know It" thing a regular series (click here for my first one). Reason being, I love to share Instagram photos and I cannot come up with a new title each time. Having a "series" makes it sound like this was all planned, don't you think? This group of photos is all about things that I have been enjoying. May sound selfish and you perhaps don't believe it, but my life is not 100% children. Here are some things that I have been loving lately.
I am obsessed with my new lipstick I picked up at Bloomingdales.
It is Rouge in Love by Lancome (146 Miss Coquelicot) and is coral with a slight red in it. LOVE.
Starbucks and Yoga.
A perfect combination
Two of my favorites new pieces of clothing.
Halston Heritage vest and Rag and Bone white jeans.
YEA for warm weather and Spring clothes!
A new friend in our kitchen thanks to a wonderful house warming gift.
He is now my design inspiration for the kitchen.
My non-shower highlights from my trip to SF.
1. flowers from a market
2. Trash magazine that I NEVER indulge in
3. The outfit that flew there and back with me

My life has been a bit of a whirlwind lately and I thought the best way to share all that has been going on would be through photos. These have been taken through my iPhone and Instagram so sorry on the lack of perfect quality. It makes me laugh when I watch the Real Housewives of Orange County because my life is not nearly as "glamorous" as theirs. This is what the "OTHER" OC housewives deal with.
Major Fail on the "keep your child from getting injured" plan. She jumped into a bean bag, missed and dented our wood coffee table. I cannot believe it did not split open but I was checking pupils for days.
We are spending so much time in San Juan right now due to basketball. After one of the games we were able to go grab lunch in Old Town with some friends. This place was fantastic.
There is a small chance I may not have been listening on a conference call and instead was taking pictures of my cute Missoni for Target notebook.
Remember the "Everyone is sick" post? Well here is a picture from the many days we all spent in our pajamas. Baby Girl is drinking this smoothie here in hopes that she does not get what they did. It must have worked (or at least I am telling myself it did). Of course everyone gets sick when we need to pack!
While cleaning out the garage, I came across the tiara my friends made me wear on my Bachelorette, which was paired with a lifesaver-covered mid-drift t-shirt. Just call me "Slutty Nurse". It was 10 years ago, what are you going to do?
This is our kitchen in boxes. If I never see another box again after this move, I will be okay.
A great way to finish Valentine's Day. Take out from True Food Kitchen, followed by a sweet gift.
If you are in the Orange County area, don't miss the fabulous event I am hosting at Bloomingdale's, South Coast Plaza on February 25th! Click here for details! I would love to see you there!
